PROTOTYPE PERFORMANCE

In our integration project solar oven obtained as results the motion steps that would realize in our oven as the movement itself to the movement of the sun as it was a complete goal with the team and with that there was a very good connection equipment and we take decisions like going to work the equipment through the area hardest working, are provided and personally me makes me more area mechanics as it is a knowledge development and function itself where I can express and have a good performance because all that we get the support of the team and a good work output.

The draft changes we should have is that we should implement some courses to our project activities with the motive that would help us better and get excellent performance.

PI




At this stage was one of the best that was related to what was driving and I play I build the solar oven of a material handling is the (channel, post, drywall, red + mix) as it is a material which is easy to handle.
Because I got to build the skeleton of the bush oven gave its aesthetic details and also had help from my teammates to collaborate in the construction and building the basis of rotation, transmission table our oven and many more details that we perform as a team as we meet together a good job where everyone contributes ideas, to complete a proper functioning of our solar oven.

The impact of our project will be to support the environment, because it is to eradicate the use of gas for cooking and the use of firewood that emit pollutants into the environment, since one of the objectives is to fight hunger, and to be used in places where they have no access to gas delivery service and in some communities in the country is difficult, and replacing coal use for cooking.

Its function is PLS energy from sunlight emitted by the sun, where you will have the ability to seek sunlight to maintain a constant temperature and that our food can have a better cooking, so you can move it will rotate the base a motor and the inclination of the mirrors for the regulation of temperature will be controlled by a servomotor.

INTRODUCTION

My goal of this project is to conduct a Cartesian robot research and development team to carry out a good presentation of our Cartesian robot because through you receive the pattern to draw through the program c ++ builder which also activate motors.
Cartesian robots are used in different tasks for which they are used to locate a position within the work area and place an object in specific. For example some are used at the location of boxes, in which the first shift to a coordinate located on the X axis and then to an axis Y, having located the point the robot download mediate an end effector object located within a coordinate axis Z. Another example of this type is used in the lathes known drill for drilling holes or steel plates at a certain point. Note that these machines used in lathes are manipulated manually. But these are handled by circuits and motors step for good control One of the forms of energy used today. engines are responsible for transforming electrical energy into mechanical energy of rotation.
Every entrepreneur project like ours take very important resources such as:
• Human Resources
• Physical Resources
• intellectual Resources
• Economic Resources.

DEVELOPMENT
At this stage of development of the project was attentive to the details and missing parts for building our robot and I started with a motivation as in the area of mechanical and construction I like to work more and I started to make the robot with my partners as we work as a team should be. I also worked in welding pieces of our robot, polish and a very important work in the construction phase have encouragement to work and if you mess correct no matter how often and something very important that you learn is to know and handle materials and construction machines thing .

Also walked the slope on the development of the dissertation errors and things that we were missing and other things to help my fellow processing circuit is performed as is the development of Bakelite.


CONCLUSION

My conclusion in this part was that I learned to accept mistakes and fix them as we help everyone on the team to the completion of the machine as I was repairing circuits that did not work and the CNC was one of the experiences in this semester.
